Horseback Riding Program
In Partnership with Rocking Horse Ranch
Fultwood Outdoors Academy is proud to partner with Rocking Horse Ranch to offer a premier Horseback Riding Program designed to build confidence, responsibility, and a lifelong love for horses. This hands-on program blends outdoor education with structured riding instruction in a safe, supportive environment.
Students begin with a required one-on-one evaluation lesson, allowing instructors to assess skill level and place each rider on a personalized progression path—from Lead Line to advanced riding and specialty classes. Each lesson incorporates not only riding, but also essential horsemanship skills such as grooming, tacking, and proper horse care.
Our program operates on a monthly membership model, providing consistent weekly instruction through private or group lessons:
- Group Membership: $240/month
- Private Membership: $360/month
- One-Time Enrollment Fee: $120
With guidance from experienced instructors, families are supported each month in selecting the best path for their child’s growth and development.
Through this partnership, students gain more than riding skills—they develop discipline, confidence, and responsibility, all while experiencing the joy of working with horses.
Required Waiver & Account Setup
Before your student can participate, the following steps must be completed through Rocking Horse Ranch:
Step 1: Complete the Waiver
All riders must have a completed liability waiver on file.

Step 2: Create Your Equine Office Account
After submitting the waiver, you will receive an email with your login information.
This system is used by Rocking Horse Ranch to:
- Schedule lessons
- Manage your rider’s profile
- Book future sessions after the evaluation
Step 3: Schedule Your Evaluation
Evaluation lessons are required for all new students and must be scheduled directly with Rocking Horse Ranch staff.
Once your evaluation is complete, you will be able to log in and book lessons under “Book Lesson” based on your instructor’s recommendation.
