Comfort Stitches Donation

Comfort Stitches—a project dedicated to wrapping children in need with love, hope, and comfort through handmade quilts.

Each quilt is more than fabric and thread—it’s a tangible reminder that someone cares deeply for them. Through this project, our students, volunteers, and community partners are learning life skills like sewing, patience, and perseverance, while also living out what it means to serve others selflessly.

Our Current Goal: 100 quilts donated to Heartland for Children.
We are well on our way—but right now we are in need of 23 quilt backings and battings to finish the quilt tops we already have ready to go.
You can help by:
  • One time $80 donation for backing or batting for a quilt top (see below)
  • Donating your time to help bind quilts
  • Donating a quilt top
  • Donating funds for backing & batting
